I feel his first life story is brave and I think if I were him, l couldn’t do the same decision. It is so terrible that I can’t image.

And the second and third stories are inspiring. As he said “Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick.” but don’t lose our faith and convince that we can get what we love one day.

I think the sentence “Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.” is important for us. Sometimes we care others’ opinion too much. But now I realize that our time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.

The song is taken from the album The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. I first heard the song in a movie theater when watching the movie- Twilight. I got goosebumps when I listened to it. It matched up with the movie and made me feel touched. The lyrics of the song are romantic and easy to understanding. The melody is soft and soothing. When listening to the song, I always feel calm and pleasure. So, if I have a bad mood, l like to listen to it again and again.

My summary of food waste:

According to the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization, there are 33 percentage of food is wasted and the number is large. But why? I think that because we often waste food unintentionally. For instance, when we go to supermarkets and we can get a bargain (such as Buy-one-get-one-free) but it also means we sometimes buy too much of something. If it's fresh produce, it might go off before we get to use it all. So how can we avoid wasting food? My answer to the question is that buy what we need rather than what we want.

My comments:

Though the website is a suitable tool for learner of English listening, the styling of the website is boring and its topics are uninteresting. In addition, the content is tedious and the length is too long. Finally, the most important is that the teacher's monotonous voice put me to sleep. So I feel that it is not a good choice for me to learn English listening.
